After much anticipation, LWE’s phenomenal SIDEXSIDE party is in close reach and many of the best DJs known to techno will take the stage to present a thrilling performance. Sharing his sensational creativity, Art Department takes on the infamous Car Park at Tobacco Dock on 16th April 2017.

It has been a long, efficacious journey for Art Department. Once a magnetic duo, Canadian talent Kenny Glasgow and Johnny White stormed through the techno world with their brain child, Art Department. Joining forces in the name of house, Art Department reached their prolific success from the get go. Although Glasgow and White have parted ways, Johnny White continues to devise a long-standing strategy of success, as well as preserve a distinguishing name under Art Department within the underground music industry.

Art Department has formed an incredible reputation for himself, internationally renowned across the world and securing a status of approval from a well-established residency at DC10 in Ibiza. Moving forward, he proceeded to endeavour in their success by continuously playing at illustrious festivals such as Coachella, Burning Man and EDC to name a few.

The conspicuous aspect of Art Department’s music derives from the carefree attitude that is effortlessly presented within the construction of the beat. There is much variety, from classic electronic house in their debut single Vampire Nightclub (2010), moving forward to experimental, techno in Natural Selection (2014). It is without a doubt Art Department’s unfeigned dedication to the music industry is tangible, and will continue to express his underlying innovation at Tobacco Dock.
