20/20 Vision Preview

Following on from the success of the last event in May, 20/20 Vision will bring their biggest lineup yet to Studio 338 this August. Here’s a preview of some of the music from the artists playing at the event…

Steve Bug
When it comes to capturing nuances in House and Techno’s history, whilst propelling it into new directions, no one does it quite like Steve Bug. Throughout his career he has channeled a passion for taking the original forms and reviving them into something new with an amazing precision.

Axel Boman
Axel Boman breaks down the boundaries between so many electronic influences and turns them into a fluid piece of tapestry. Warming, organic, hedonistic and floaty his tracks are happy, relaxed, uplifting and perfect for the dancefloor.

Ralph Lawson
Having just announced a busy summer of gigs including Festival No. 6, Sonar, CIrco Loco and many more; Ralph Lawson will again be at the forefront of this one. Who can forget his 3 hour set at Cr8 Lifestyle on Sunday.

Dungeon Meat
Dungeon Meat’s mission is to “slay all the ploddy , medium rare, diluted “fischer price” house music and bring the finest cuts to detonate dancefloors. The duo consists of Brawther and Tristan Da Cunha, and they’ll be residents at Jamie Jones’s Paradise night this summer.

Hailing from the Italian capital Rome is Whitesquare. Pulling in influences from further afield than your run-of-the-mill house track, Whitesquare has much more in his cannon.

Bobby Pleasure
As well as being a DJ, producer and Vocalist Bobby is a core member of the 20/20 team. Continuing to push his own sound, whilst working hard for the label, he’ll no doubt bring the heat again at this one.

Zoo Look
For the last couple of years, UK duo Zoo Look have been pushing their brand of deep sultry house. Garnering much praise from key tastemakers along the way. Keep an eye out for their next release this June which has heavy support already.

Enzo Tedeschi
Enzo has been a central figure in LWE’s show for the past few years and has shared stages with some of the scenes key figureheads. Always onpoint and constantly charismatic there’s no stopping this funloving Italian.
