Arcadia10 is almost complete. As giant fireballs erupt, lightning shards cut across the capital’s skyline and spiders the size of cars scuttle down from above, the full sonic matrix has sharpened into vivid focus. Here are the final names joining us in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to mark Arcadia’s milestone 10th Anniversary.
Matador is a live electronic music who performs all of his material off-the-cuff. The Dubliner broke-through as an emerging producer on Richie Hawtin’s M-NUS record label. Since then he’s been steadily developing his own Rukus imprint. A fan-favourite amongst LWE crowds, his harsh tones fit within the sonic remit of the spider.
Another live act, Max Cooper, is an artist who we’ve formed quite a report with down the years. Consistently pushing boundaries with his ever-evolving A/V live shows, it’s easy to spot the influences of his previous profession as a Bio-Engineer. He has earned a reputation for experimenting with sound and imagery to create some truly high-concept installations and multi-sensory dancefloor experiences.
Next-down a true pioneer of electronic music. A champion of soundsystem culture and a man who is recognised by the realm for his contribution to music culture, it’s Notting Hill legend Norman Jay MBE!
Finally, one-man depth-charge and musical tour de force Paul Woolford will be unleashed. Weaving hypnotic melodies over titanium-laced beats.
Together they join the previously confirmed Boys Noize, Dusky, Eats Everything and Groove Armada. Not forgetting, of course, our colossal headliners: seminal band Leftfield and Grandfather Techno, “Papa” Sven Väth.
As you can see, our Saturday line-up will stretch to every corner of the house & techno spectrum. From sunshine grooves to the deepest techno wormholes. From feel-good basslines to cybernetic vortexes. Prepare to be swept through Arcadia10 ’s biomechanical world.

On Sunday’s, the bass onslaught just got a lot more lethal! Dubstep bredrens Coki and Mala bring some bone-shaking basslines to the Eastend. Turntablist extraordinaire – the ever dexterous DJ Vadim supplies a palette with roots in hip-hop, reggae and neo-soul. Rolling-out the ragamuffin jungle flavours is the man like Ed Solo. We’re willing to bet he’ll be firing on all cylinders alongside Serial Killaz‘s bad boy dubs, creating this ultimate pressure-cooker. We ain’t going lite!
This rogue’s gallery of bass-peddlers join chart-toppers Rudimental and a closing DJ set from Dutch trio, Noisia. Also performing outdoors will be TDQ, Dre Skull & Jubilee and Preditah B2B Bassboy.
And let’s not forget the undisclosed 360 degree indoor arena, which will house the RAM Records Showcase. Headlined by Delta Heavy and Bad Company UK, this is the final piece of the Arcadia10 jigsaw remaining. All to be revealed soon!
