Feed Me Warehouse Party Preview

Riding high off the success off his debut album Calamari Tuesday, released in October Feed Me, continues to grow his legacy with his latest project Sotto Voce. The label was designed by Feed Me as an outlet to discover, nurture and propel a wide range of new talent, showing an unrestricted palette of sounds. Offering so much more than just the music it was on his own label that the multimedia artist released his debut long player. Listen to it here, whilst you read about what else we’ve got lined up for the Feed Me warehouse party. This will be rare opportunity to see Feed Me play in his hometown and will be one of only a handful of appearance in Europe this summer.

Zane Lowe has consistently been a voice for upcoming and emerging talent on Radio 1. Influential not only as a tastemaker, but also as a builder, who has given some of the world’s most influential artists airplay at key moments in their career. Never limited by the definitions of genre he has provided a link between the underground and commercial platforms, with a distinctive voice on the radio. A key supporter of dance music culture, Zane is just as comfortable rocking a crowd with one of his DJ sets as he is recording a radio show. Expect a concoction of bass driven sounds, joined together with the latest in new and exclusive music with that typical twist we’ve come to know from Zane.

Unlesss you’ve been inhibernation for the best part of 3 years (or have just been unlucky enough not to hear this), then how can you forget this classic from Proxy. Titled Raven this track is the ultimate dancefloor destroyer… crank up your speakers, switch on the super bass function and press play on this one.

Fast forward to the present moment and as Vice have put it Proxy is basically “Post 9/11 rave vibes cloaked in Muscovite angst. A line drawn in smoking rubble along the border dividing East and West, Stüssy and Spetsnaz.” Confusing right?! Well whats evenmore outstanding is that this May he’ll release his debut EP under Feed Me’s Sotto Voce label. A brand new imprint for which 10,000/Nemezis is also their first release.
