Below are a few links of the works by a selection of the music video directors that are taking part in the Video Electro Q&A, as part of LEAF Cinema. Some real talent amongst these guys, and some fully memorable moments and videos…
Rollo Jackson – Squarepusher, ‘Dark Steering’:
Kate Moross – Simian Mobile Disco, ‘Audacity of Huge’:
On top of that we can reveal that Nick Fenton who worked as editor on Nathan Barley, Submarine, The Double, The Selfish Giant will be joining the LEAF cinema festivities. Bjork Biophilia Live is his directorial debut, co-directing alongside Peter Strickland, and Nathan will be there at the viewing for this one. His next feature is back in the role of editor, for Anton Corbijn’s upcoming film about James Dean, Life, starring Robert Pattinson in the lead role.

Here are a few words from Chris Bell (Branchage and LEAF Cinema programmer) about the event…
I’m incredibly excited about what will be a fascinating Biophilia screening and panel talk. We’ve assembled a stellar line up of musicians and musical thinkers, and adding not only co-drector Nick Fenton, but Damian Taylor to the panel line up is the icing on the cake. It’s a huge year for Bjork, so to have someone who has worked so closely with her since the turn of the 21st century will certainly shed new light on the working processes of one of our greatest living artists
