With the Junction 2 lineup fully announced and club season back in full swing, we’ve carved out a route that leads to the grand finale at Boston Manor Park in June. Here’s the acts that will be playing in the capital along the way.
1st Stop: DJ Boring + Brame & Hamo - E1. 31st January.
The first pit stop lands us as at an intimate soirée with DJ BORING. A versatile, standout selector with a slinky, groove-lead take on electronic music as evident by his discography and mixing abilities. Joining him are soaring Irish duo Brame & Hamo. Fresh off their release on Feel My Bicep and last year’s ubiquitous feel good house cut ‘Roy Keane’, the pair have gone on to dominate global dancefloors and we can’t wait to hear them shaking E1’s Wall of Sound.BUY TICKETS
2nd Stop: Mind Against - E1. 1st February.
Just a day later we’re back at E1 for a night of melodic technos finest. A duo that form part of Italy’s exceptional musical output, Mind Against have sculpted a unique standing in electronic music. Their moving, emotionally-charged take on techno continues to incentivise dancefloors around the globe, whilst their flair and dedication to production has culminated in incredible releases on Tale of Us’ industry-defining label: Afterlife. 3rd Stop: Chaos in the CBD - Village Underground. 21st February.
The third stop leads us to global party starters, Chaos in the CBD. They’ll be bringing the heat to a sold out Village Underground in a very special all night long set. The New Zealand born, Peckham based duo have been in high demand, tearing up clubs across Europe, Asia and the Americas so it’s no surprise their first London show of the year sold out over 3 months in advance.

4th Stop: Maceo + Dettmann + Anastasia Kristensen - Sphere 002. Magazine. 22nd February.
For the fourth pit stop en route to Junction 2 we land at the brand new Magazine. Exploring a variety of house & techno and everything that falls within those circles, Sphere represents the meeting point for divergent sounds and people from all meanders of life. There’s no better group of artists that encapsulate this vision than Maceo Plex, Marcel Dettmann and Anastasia Kristensen. The trio are all equally known for their boundary pushing productions and encapsulating other-wordly DJ sets so this day party promises to be an absolute standout.BUY TICKETS
5th Stop: Adam Beyer Sphere 004. Magazine. 14th March.
Midway through our journey to Junction 2, we stop over for the 4th edition of Sphere at Magazine. An all out Drumcode affair with extended sets from the undisputed face of techno, Adam Beyer, and partner in crime Ida Engberg. Orchestrator of two of the most widely recognised labels in history in Drumcode and Truesoul, Adam Beyer is responsible for one of the biggest empires in modern music. Having built a reputation for having an uncompromising vision and sound, the towering Swede holds some of the most well known releases of the past 3 decades. Whether it’s the deep, dubby hypnotic groove of ‘Teach Me’, his more funky, tech infused melodic slammer ‘Time Flies’ or the universally acclaimed trippy hit ‘Your Mind’, the quality and consistency of his records is unparalleled.

6th Stop: Dax J + 999999999 - E1. 14th March.
Techno by day and even harder techno by night. The 6th stop lands us at E1 where an uncompromising, hard-edged selection of techno luminaries will be taking control of the legendary Wall of Sound.
An unwavering figure in contemporary techno, and label head of the revered Monnom Black label, there are few who can attest to the prolific and diverse talent of London-born, Berlin-based Dax J. Championing a raw and non-complicit sound, Dax J’s performances meld obscure selections with a unique craftsmanship, to create powerful, indelible sets.BUY TICKETS
7th Stop: Ben Klock - Ministry of Sound. 28th March.
One of the preeminent faces of contemporary techno, Ben Klock debuts on one of the most iconic sound systems in the world for our 7th stop along the route to Junction 2. Whether it’s stripped back, pummelling industrial techno or more layered music, Ben Klock is a DJ who places the audio at the centre of his DJ sets.
Step forward Ministry of Sound. A 22-channel system feeding 64 speakers, of which 6 strategically placed stacks of Martin Audio speakers line the cuboid room. No matter where you position yourself you are guaranteed to feel every subtle change in frequency exactly as intended.

8th Stop: Avalon Emerson, Ben UFO - Tobacco Dock. 4th April
For the penultimate pit stop we land at Tobacco Dock where Junction 2 weekend resident, Avalon Emerson, and Hessle Audio standout, Ben UFO, are joined by electronics music's finest in the hard hitting headline show of RE-TEXTURED festival.
A multi venue, multi-sensory festival, RE-TEXTURED combines the best underground and experimental electronic music with innovative lighting installations. In addition to a complete revamp of Tobacco Dock, a never before used room will be opened as the venue transforms into a fully immersive, boundary pushing affair.BUY TICKETS
Final Stop: Junction 2 - Boston Manor Park. 5 - 6th June.
We arrive at the final stop. Having collected a 3rd consecutive DJ Mag ‘Best of British’ award for best festival, 2020 will see a monumental fifth outing of Junction 2 at Boston Manor Park.
The weekend has been stacked from top to bottom with over 60 of the best, biggest and most exciting names in house and techno including Jon Hopkins (Live), Four Tet, Nina Kraviz, Seth Troxler, Blawan and Amelie Lens, whilst Avalon Emerson joins us as weekend resident.
