Festival Gate Team
Traffic Management Team
Led by traffic management experts Buko, this role is ideal for those interested in logistics and event safety, helping to provide a critical service that ensures the smooth operation of traffic and road management systems around the festival site.
Sustainability & Stewarding team
Managed by specialists in waste management, Greenbox Events.
This role ensures the festival runs smoothly as a member of their ground crew, keeping our sustainability at the forefront.
The Bridge Elevate
Designed for 18-25 year olds who are curious about what happens behind the scenes at a music festival. The program offers a unique, hands-on look into the live events industry. Participants spend a day alongside key members of the event team, whether during the festival build-up, break-down, or one of the main event days, gaining real insight and experience.
In 2025, we received over 34 applications, with many participants returning for work experience or paid roles in areas such as lighting, content creation, ticketing, information services, and box office support.
