Sustainability & Stewarding team

Sustainability & Stewarding team

Specialists in stewarding and waste management, Greenbox is looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to ensure the festival runs smoothly and sustainably as a member of their Ground Crew. This role is perfect for those passionate about environmental sustainability and event safety.

Festival Gate Team

Festival Gate Team

Our Festival Gate Team is the first point of contact for our festival goers. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, providing an opportunity to learn about customer service and event entry logistics.

Traffic Management Team

Traffic Management Team

Join Road Traffic Solutions traffic management stewarding team, ideal for those interested in logistics and event safety. Help provide a critical service that ensures the smooth operation of traffic and road management systems around the festival site.

Whilst all the positions at The Bridge are now covered, RTS are a London based company focused on local vetting, so you get in touch with them to apply for some event work opportunities around the capital.

Shadowing Programme

For those who are curious about what goes on behind the scenes of a major music festival, our shadowing opportunities provide a unique insight into the industry.

This program allows participants to spend a day with key members of our event team during the festival build-up and break-down, or on one of the main event days. From looking after artists backstage, to creating content with our marketing team. Shadowing the Festival Director, to coordinating festival logistics with our site team. There are a wide range of opportunities available as a part of this scheme.
